Popular celebrity comedian Kevin Fredericks, aka Kev on Stage, took to Twitter to “disavow” popular food personality Darius Williams, aka “Darius Cooks”, who is under fire amidst multiple allegations of assault, fraud, doxxing and recipe theft.

Williams was a guest on Kev on Stage’s show, Ask A Millionaire, which aired on YouTube and Facebook, in April 2019. The show, which is no longer in production, invited entrepreneurs to explain how they became millionaires. One of the guests was Williams.
As Fredericks explained, “I believed the stuff he said at the time….he said he was a millionaire, he posted receipts. I believed it. I didn’t do due diligence. I should have done more diligence and research to make sure [Williams] claims were credible.”
Fredericks went on to explain that he did not speak out about the allegations sooner because his friend “Dani Rose” had a negative experience with Williams and asked him not to address it because, “as the allegations were coming up, she was having to relive her experience with him and she didn’t really want to do that. So to be good friends with her…I didn’t say anything else.”
Fredericks also went on to say, “I now understand that that silence and not making a formal disavowing of him looks like I was protecting him. That is my fault, for having a big platform, I understand now more than ever that with this platform I need to be more responsible with how I share it and who I share it with.”

It goes to show how wrong he is and I hope that other people hold him accountable.

Kevin and his podcast partner were also laughing at the doxxing. That was the most disturbing part if that interview.
I fully agree.
He thought Kevin was his friend that wasn’t there first meet up. I can’t believe everything people post. How do you know they are speaking truth hell we all can make up stuff about people. Ever time one of us get on top are on people pull us down. I will never watch Kevin again. If it didn’t have anything to do with him he could have kept his mouth shut and like Darius said I thought he was a friend why didn’t he call me I have receipts to prove them wrong.
God brings all darkness to light. One or two situations maybe false but with numerous accusations with receipts. I believe he did those things and it has caught up with him. I agree with Ben the laughing about the doxxing was disturbing he said exactly how he tormented people. I believe if you can laugh at that and not spread awareness that makes you complicit.
